Returns and Refunds

Eligibility

Items purchased from Omega Retails are eligible for return within days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and labels attached.

Return Process

2. Obtain Return Authorization: You will be provided with a return authorization number and instructions.
3. Package the Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
4. Ship the Item: Send the item to the return address provided by our customer support team.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
• Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
• Refunds will be processed within business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and processing a refund or replacement.  

Exclusions

Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the product description for specific return policies.
